About Us
Unbound Impact's mission is to collaborate with organizations that are deeply committed to partnering with communities most impacted by inequities–all too often Black, Indigenous, or other people of color - to propel transformative change. Our approach centers around the belief that communities closest to inequities already hold the wisdom needed for transformational and sustainable change and institutions/organizations are in position to shift power and bring resources to bear. We believe that community-centered programming, investments, research and story-telling are critical components of our collective liberation.
We work with nonprofits, philanthropic entities, and socially-responsible corporations to create spaces, processes and programs that advance racial equity and promote social justice. We help justice-centered organizations take visionary action toward our collective liberation.
Our work centers around three areas of impact:
Program and project management support to help organizations enhance and implement high-impact projects and programs.
Interactive and creative facilitation support that assist organizations in clarifying and refining their visions, surfacing areas of synergy, opportunities for collaboration and impact, and ways to prioritize strategic action.
Quantitative research, data analysis, and reporting that facilitate program and process improvement and support nonprofit and philanthropic leaders in refining their programmatic grantmaking strategies to align with best practices that advance racial equity and justice.
